Honoring our First Volunteer Superstar

May 2, 2017

We proudly honor Larry Lussier as our first Volunteer Superstar! Larry has been a Member and Volunteer with us since 2013. He helps us with handy work at the Solidarity Center, cooks for events, and volunteers for Solidarity Harvest. Larry cooked the delicious food served at our Legislative Breakfast in April. THANK YOU LARRY for everything that you do!

We asked Larry why he volunteers with us: “When I found FAM, I was so impressed. FAM is the most grassroots organization that I’ve worked with.”

An avid gardener and artist, Larry has been giving back to the community for decades: he volunteered for over 10 years with Hospice, Rape Response, and the Senior Center. He’s now training with Literacy Volunteers. We’re lucky to have you, Larry!
